Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and Seven Fourteen Media, LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.
1. Use of Site
Seven Fourteen Media, LLC. provides various materials, videos, information, quizzes, tests, questions, articles, and other information on this and related sites and in courses/video series offered through this site (the “Materials”). Seven Fourteen Media, LLC. authorizes each User to view and download one copy of the downloadable Materials. Materials may be downloaded and a maximum of one copy of the Materials may be printed provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials and that Seven Fourteen Media, LLC. retains all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. Users acknowledge that their account is for their own personal use only, and will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, give access to, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity - unless you are the administrator of a group license account. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site, and could incur irreparable harm and significant damages, the degree of which may be difficult to ascertain, and gives Seven Fourteen Media LLC the right to obtain immediate equitable relief to enjoin any unauthorized use of the materials.
2. Agreement Terms
When you agree to these Terms the agreement between you Seven Fourteen Media LLC. commences. Upon purchase of any course/video series, you will have access to its full content for 365 days (1 year) starting at the day of purchase. The agreement will last for the duration of the 365 days or until Seven Fourteen Media LLC. terminates your account in accordance with these Terms. The Arbitration Agreement contained herein will survive the termination of this agreement. Seven Fourteen Media LLC. may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of this agreement, or improper use of the Materials. All sales are final, no refund shall be issued on digital products.
3. User Warranty
As a User you warrant that you are not an agent or employee of any other course/series preparation company and you utilize the Site and Materials solely for the purpose(s) as indicated in the course outline.
4. Trademark and Copyright
Seven Fourteen Media, LLC. and certain other brands, trademarks, and service marks are marks of Seven Fourteen Media, LLC. and its affiliates. The Materials on this Site are copyrighted, and any unauthorized use of any Materials on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
5. Hyperlinks
Links to external websites are provided solely as a convenience to you. Seven Fourteen Media, LLC. has not reviewed all of these external websites, does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. If you decide to access any of the external websites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.
